Orchard Park West P3 Competition
The competition was two-pronged: Orchard Park Redevelopment would provide 200 two bedroom (400 bed) units for students with families and West Village Transfer Student Housing targeted 1,875 beds for transfer students in apartment style housing. The community and landscape focus for Orchard Park was providing spaces for children and a sense of safety for families, while at West Village student fostering student interactions. A large “village green” provided an opportunity for community building gathering and activities.
