The renaissance of Petaluma’s warehouse district begins with Theater Square. Petaluma’s first mixed use project as envisioned by the Central Petaluma Specific Plan. Theater Square is a three story mixed use retail, office and residential complex in central downtown Petaluma.
Theater Square connects across the street to the new Boulevard Cinemas. A courtyard between buildings provides opportunities for outdoor dining as well as an active urban space for theater patrons.
