U.C. Davis Tercero Student Housing Phase 2
Phase Two incorporated 600 beds for incoming freshman, in addition to outdoor amenities and bicycle parking. The landscape incorporates permeable pavements, storm water rain gardens and storm water retention. The sustainable approach, along with drought tolerant planting supports a LEED Gold certification.
